I’m 5’7 and can’t count the times where men showed up at a date clearly shorter than me or the same exact height swearing they are 5’10-6. It’s annoying and a huge waste of time. If you lie about your height, you are showing that you are okay with deception right before we meet, and I will cross you off of my list.
Because if they tell the truth they don't even get a chance to meet.
They are hoping that if they can at least get a date they might show that they have other qualities that make them appealing, but have found they never get a chance if they say they are actually 5'8".
What if as a woman I put down my measurements as 36D, 24, 36, but in reality, I'm like a 32AA, 32, 40? Wiill men be ok with me lying about my measurements as long as I have a pretty face and great personality?

I personally think having rigid height is stupid, and I say that as a relatively tall woman. If my grandmother who was 5'7" married my 5'1" grandpa back in 1950 and were happy for 50 years together, I figure I can do the same.

yes because men are superficial, so now women are, too. Women can be choosier now than before. I think that's why there are so many incels. They don't like that women are choosier now.
I agree
Women have real options

But if a woman doesn’t want to date someone under 5’10, they won’t settle for a guy who’s 5’8.
It’s false advertising and a waste of everyone’s time. No one would shame a man for wanting to date only pretty women (whatever their definition of pretty is) - the height standards shaming of women is just a ploy to get women to settle for less. BS.
