Where do you get your Japanese biore sunscreen? I love it but worry about fakes on Amazon.

It is SPF 50, broad spectrum, but the consistency of the product makes it special. It truly doesn't leave a white cast and is designed to "blur" big pores or fine lines.

I put this on SUPER thick and at my lunchbreak I just wipe my face with a damp paper towel and reapply. Since there's no white cast and it has that glorious primer consistency, I can even do this without looking in a mirror if I must.

I'm super pale at 42 due to using Retin A since I was a teen and having to protect my skin from sun. This is the best "sunscreen" I've ever used.

I live in the EU and they have stricter regulations for sunscreen here, so I am comfortable that it is accurately UVA/UVB protecting.

NOTE: OP, you are still tanning because you aren't applying the sunscreen thick enough. Most people don't. And don't forget to reapply.

Another vote for Elta. I use the clear for running and then the tinted under makeup.

Biore and most of the other Japanese sunscreens don't leave a white cast. The Elta MD doesn't either, though I seem to be the rare outlier for whom the Elta Clear is an acne trigger.

No, Elta does not leave a white cast. It’s the perfect sunscreen.

Any recommendations for a mineral face sunscreen? I struggle to reapply during the day and find even driving around I’m getting too much sun exposure.

This is what I use for everyday casual exposure (not for spending a lot of time outdoors).

Another vote for the Elta MD Clear. But you need to reapply throughout the day and wear a hat if you are still tanning.

I use my normal moisturizer underneath and reapply the spf throughout the day. No burns, no breakouts, and very few freckles gained this year.

I have been trying to do better about sunscreen and this is the key piece I'm terrible at. I want to set my face and forget it as I go about my daily life. I think re-applying is probably the best way to do this. I do layer products with SPF in the morning sometimes (a moisturizer with SPF and a stand alone SPF) but my face still gets too much sun. Hats would help too, but again it's just not in my daily routine to wear one.

DRMTLGY spf45 broad spectrum. I use it on my kids also!

I like Cerave AM (SPF 30). The other ones are just way too expensive and I would probably end up not using enough. It's $10.99 for 3 ounces, so a lot cheaper.
