Middle school - students who were buying lunch allowed to go to the cafeteria to get food & lunches consumed in classrooms with some in the lunchroom; certain tables/desks blocked off during lunch (note: I didn't have a MS, so this was hearsay from my neighbor with a MS)
High school - my kid reported that his school relaxed the "only seniors get to eat outside" rule and let everyone who wanted to eat outside go out; lunchroom was open with certain tables blocked off; classrooms were used with certain rows blocked off
