Can you test these out anywhere?

If you liked the city mini, I'd recommend upgrading to the GT - much smoother and great for outdoors. We've used ours in lots of different terrain (wooded areas, beach sand, etc.) and it's always a smooth ride.

If you have the funds, I would recommend getting two strollers. One for walks around the neighborhood and the first six months. That one should be able to take car seats etc. And then a second umbrella stroller for when baby has better neck control and is less likely to be sleeping in the car seat. We have a GB pockit + that I got on clearance at buy buy baby that has been great for keeping in the car, flights, etc. The only only thing I don't love about that one is the recline. It's a bit difficult and it doesn't go that flat. But It's not enough of a hassle to make me dislike the stroller. It pushes really well on all surfaces and folding down to such a tiny package is amazing. It can take a car seat, but never really used it.

I hate the vista it’s heavy bulky hard to lift in car plus we had a second within 4 years which negates the purpose of having such a huge one. We got a baby zen yo-yo and love it for quick walks but it’s bumpy.

Another nuna mixx 2 here - love it. I refused to get a stroller initially and we baby wore until about ten weeks which was perfect in late winter. But the nuna is idiot proof and folds down so well and is light for what it is.

My advice is just find one you like, pull the bandaid off and just get it. If you keep trying to find the "best" stroller you'll never order it ad you can get a hundred opinions and read a lot of articles and they all contradict. So just buy one.

I posted the other day about needing an umbrella stroller bc we have the Cruz but I am finding the 2-piece travel system bulky to take on outings.

We live in the suburbs and use our stroller as you describe. I wish to heck I had known about/gotten the Minu. Its got great push, easy to fold, is light and is all one piece (but you can click the bassinet or carseat if you chose).

We went straight from a carrier to an umbrella stroller. We used the Summer Infant 3D Lite from 6 months onwards. It has a full recline.

I love my Cruz and it’s held up through three kids. In hindsight, the Vista would have been a better buy since I had my first two less than two years apart. The UppaBaby features are really great- particularly the big sunshade, storage basket, and ability to recline and flip the seat(s) around. Smoother push than others I tried.

This is why I lug our Uppa Minu across the Atlantic etc. You truly can't win. Why is it so hard to make a good *truly* umbrella stroller?

I like the Cruz better than the vista. I had the vista with my first 2, and switched to a Cruz for my 3rd. The vista is too heavy and overall is huge. I think Cruz is better size and still has good storage!

Also recommend babyzen yo-yo for travel stroller!
