Costco frozen pizzas. Add some toppings and a salad.

Yesssssss

Agree these are awesome.

The Costco cannelloni is also really good - you can sauté or grill Italian sausages on the side if your group needs meat.

I don’t care for the Costco prepared meals but they have a bunch of really good high quality prepared foods made by others. The frozen lasagna, the frozen spinach ravioli, the chicken flautas in the refrigerated section, the pupusas in the fridge section, the guac, pico de Gallo are all good. We regularly bring that stuff for rental houses just for nights we don’t want to cook or order out. I think they only have the flautas in VA but they are the bomb with some guac, pico and a side of black beans.

The peppers are gross. Super-sweet sauce and oily. Do not recommend, esp. since actually making stuffed peppers with whatever you have around is such an easy dinner in the grand scheme of things.

As PPs have suggested, I would go with stuff that can be frozen for transport, rather than the fresh stuff (unless this is only for your first night there) - lasagna, ravioli, meatballs, quiche, bao/dumplings, etc.

I love the Costco Chicken Pot Pie. My kids and DH will only eat it one night... but I will eat it for days.

Isn’t the non frozen ore made food have a really short shelf life? So it might be good for the first day or two, but if you have a meal later in the week, I woukd make something at home and freeze it. Same idea (no cooking while on vacation) and less chance of food poisoning.
