You can also try a different brand of baby foot. Make sure you keep it in for the entire time the package states and you also have to make sure that the liquid is in contact with your foot the entire time.

I’ve never been to a salon that could fix this in one pedicure.

You need to stop wearing sandals everyday.

I have the same problem, OP. Someone on here recommended Kerasal cream. It is not an instant cure but I've been using it for a week and my heels are MUCH better. Apply morning and night. Wear with socks overnight. Use a pumice stone each day to remove the dead skin.

Do not get a pedicure with cracked heels- you open your self up to infection. I suffered with cracked heels for years that were deep and bled. The only thing that worked for me was to follow a routine of daily washing in shower with washcloth, followed by thick foot cream (every night) while damp, then wear indoor sneakers inside and rarely wear flip flops or sandals. It took about 3 months for them to heal. Getting rid of the calluses and dead skin and keeping them moistened and supported (not barefoot!) has restored them to healthy feet. The cracks are a combination of chronic dry skin, poor foot support and possible weight issues (causes your fat pads to split).

Buy a foot rasp on Amazon and some Gold Bond foot cream and cure it in 15 minutes.

Cracked heels take a while to fix. Wear socks and use cream and a pumice stone and over time it will improve. It’s not an instant solution.

Cracked heels really hurt. Super glue them shut and then they’ll heal.

Once they’ve healed get a pedicure.

There are socks with a gel on the heel inside. Toes aren’t covered. I put aquaphor on my heels before bed and put the socks on over. Do this for a while. It helps a lot.
