Are you impressed with Marcario? I haven't been overall.
I think it is a style of play issue. If you put her with Lavelle and Mewis you would get more out of her. Technical player need other technical players around them.
That makes sense, especially after watching Brazil in the Copa America. Magic happens when technical players are together.

Williams and Macario are alternates on the Olympic team--so you'll have to wait for the post-Olympic glory tour.

It’s a really old team. The youngest is 26 most are over 30. I really do not know what that says about the US women’s team. Are the older players that good or are there no up and coming players? 18 players only Dunn(29), Sonnet(27), Dahlkemper(28), S. Mewis(28), Lavelle(26) and Horan(27) under 30. I think you would want some fresh young legs out there?

Imagine men’s soccer being in such a state you can afford 2 defenders and 5 forwards smh
I do not think you would be scored on with that line up(Dunn and Williams can fly and cover a lot of ground). You would score a lot of goals and the high pressure would be crazy.
I'm not sold on Williams either. However, can we take a moment to talk about how amazing Crystal Dunn is? She still seems underappreciate at me, even though she's an integral part of the team.
