I agree. She's wearing very natural-looking lipstick, not nude lipstick. I think it looks great.

Another redhead here and while I agree with you, I think she’s much more auburn than the cartoony red that she appeared in the third pic posted by the pp. i think that was probably a lighting issue.

But I also think with redheads you need some dimension, some gold (not blond) or it looks to out-of-the-box also.

And agreed - none of this matters in comparison to how well she does the job in a professional, competent manner.
