Every meal contains protein, healthy fat and fiber. No counting calories or tracking. When you follow this formula, you just naturally make healthier choices and you will be amazed at how much longer you stay full. I don’t have any issue passing over my kids crackers or left over Mac and cheese. I’ve lots 12 pounds in 4 months!

My most common snacks are banana, apple, an 80 calorie mini Kind bar, carrots, low or no sugar Greek yogurt, etc. As long as I don't reach for chips or cookies, I do fine.
I couldn't stick to a diet that left me hungry all the time and couldn't "train" my body to not want food as is often suggested here on DCUM.
I did the same. I started snacking on broccoli, spinach, and apples and it was almost zero calories but kept me full. I just wish I could easily carry broccoli around without having to cook it or refrigerate it.
