I never knew that hiding a second long toe is a thing. Are you people serious?
My love interest has scraggly Scottish feet and I love them 😍

I might qualify for the largest second row anyone has ever seen. Anytime someone sees my second toe, they’re like “whoa.”

It our culture it is a sign that a woman is lucky is her second toe is larger.

Open toed is fine because no one's feet should have to be hot. I think it is hard for feet to look sexy if the toes are weird, so I would vote no on "sexy" shoes. But at the end of the day, people should wear whatever they are comfortable with.

I do tend to prefer shoes that cover at least some of the toes but I’m not hung up about it and will wear what is comfy. I don’t kid myself that my feet are sexy though.

Yes, in many cultures, it considered a sign that a person is very sensual.

Just make sure all the toes fit in the shoe. Nothing worse than the straggler hanging over onto the front of the shoe for dear life. That’s nasty.
