Look at Sheryl Sandberg and Paris Hilton. The former you can tell because it is all lopsided, the latter because the septum is lower than the nostrils--this is usually a giveaway. Plus, noses that are too straight or just look too short for their face.
Whoa. I just googled for Sandberg's original nose and it was awful. I don't think the nose job is particularly good, either.
PP again. Those two have had nose jobs, but I think you're talking about the columella. The septum is up inside the nose. Many people naturally have columellas that hang. Oftentimes, plastic surgeons will lop it off, making the person not look like themselves. Personally, what I think is the giveaway is when the nose starts to shift and cave a bit as the person ages. SS and PH both have this - it's like a dent above the nostrils in the alar crease. You see this in people who had nose jobs done early in life (teens and twenties).

Nose job, most of the time.
haha yes if the person shows fat everywhere except their stomach! I have seen tummy tuck jobs on slender people and you can't know unless they tell you or you see the scar.

How does the gynecologist know if someone had an abortion?
They don’t. I asked my gyno about this and she said it’s not the case.
Changes in the cervix.
The changes in the cervix are no different than any standard Pap smear. This conservative myth is getting old. There is no scarlet letter for your cervix.

I've had my nose worked on twice for a deviated septum and then again for the same thing because my nose was broken. I've talked with plastic surgeons about doing it a third time (nose was broken again) and the surgeon said yes until he heard my history and looked inside my nose. When looking at my face he could not tell I had prior surgery.
Do you mind sharing what happened that you broke your nose twice (or more?)?
Broken nose poster here. I've broken it 3 times. After my first surgery I broke it in a pillow fight. Then broke it a second time 2 years later when I stood too close to my roomate as jumped up to their loft bed in our dorm room. Years after the second surgery my 2 year old was sitting on my lap and threw his head back in a big laugh. That broke my nose and cheekbone as well as gave me a massive concussion. That child is now 12 and we joke about it all of the time. Accidents happen. I seem to have a lot of accidents that involve my nose!!
