Do you really want a trainer whose schedule you messed up due to your own ignorance to comp you another session?

OP, by calling people who disagree with your desire to get a refund hateful, you are only solidifying the impression that you are spoiled and entitled. It is your job as an adult to check when a gym opens, understand how sessions work in a new-to-you gym.

Your appointment was at 8. Not 7. If you left it’s a no show.

This means I wouldn't have time to warm up! I guess I could have warmed up in the parking lot? I spoke to the trainer on Thursday and he didn't mention any issues with an 8 am session. In NY I was told I needed to come at least 30 minutes early so I could warm up.

I'm confused. Did you actually train with the trainer at 8:00? Or did you just...leave at 7:00? What did you do between 7:00 and 8:00 is not warm up somehow? Why on earth would you get your money back?

When you start with a new trainer or gym these are questions to ask while scheduling. It’s very individual. You spaced it.

How was I supposed to know they open at 8 am? I relocated from another state. How was I supposed to warm up? I think the app, the trainer and LA fitness is at fault. We're required to warm up before the session.

Do they ban you from using google in that state? Calling the facility and asking?

How was your trainer supposed to know that when you booked an 8am session you didn’t actually want an 8am session?

We’re you trying to hook up with your trainer?

Your stupidity is not other people's hatefulness, OP. Own up to your own errors.

OP, you sound nuts.

You can warm up at home, or the parking lot. And it's YOUR obligation to find out what time a facility opens if you have special needs like how and where you warm up.

And why the hell do you need to warm up for an hour? Just walk around the block for 5-10 minutes. It's not rocket science.
