No. Go out to lunch after. Get ice cream!

No one brought anything to my DD's preschool grad. My Mom had a balloon in the car for her afterwards. And then we went for pizza (the kids had ice cream at the ceremony).

Team DH too. My toddler is not in preschool yet but when she is, I really hope her school does not have a "graduation" ceremony. Sorry, but a graduation for a preschool or kindergarten is like the whole trophy-for-everyone mentality.

My DH is French and he said there's no graduation ceremony for even high school.

Team dh. Preschool "graduation" is ridiculous. Is she moving into her own apartment? Going to college? Getting a job? No she is going to kindergarten.

Balloons are terrible for the environment. I hate balloons and judge anyone who buys them.

Balloons are actually really great for the environment. Maybe educate yourself? Everyone I know judges people who don’t buy balloons.

When mine graduated from K, which was the last year at the preschool, we had a special picnic and DC got to pick out the food.

Preschool teacher here. Some parents do and some don't. If you're DD is the type to like flowers get her some. I suggest a bright yellow sunflower or Gerbera daisy. If she's not into flowers you can do something else small. we've been trapped inside for a year, celebrate, and have fun!

Team DH. Preschool graduation is pretty silly. I went, I thought it was adorable, but my kid could NOT have cared less if she got flowers or not.

Now ice cream she would have been into for SURE.
