Wgat about logistics about potty training, naps, food preferences, eating habits, etc.
Even language.
And your 6 ur old is done with school by now, no? So that shouldn't be an issue with daily pickups/dropoffs

Yeah. I think it’s a huge red flag that she didn’t bring up that she wants free nanny share until the end. That’s a huge ask. Think about it: is there any other scenario where you would pay for a stranger’s daily childcare?
This is the reason her prior family let her go.
+1. It’s frequently tried and the answer is “no”. You are hiring a professional to watch over your child. The times we tried it, the child turned out to be a screamer, was sick and brought frequent colds into the house. Nanny was paying more attention to sin and asking for time off to take him to drs and places.

I’m a mom and I drive my 3 kids all the time. That’s not an issue. I do think it’s not worth it to pay for a nanny when you’re getting a nanny share.
+100
Most of these “how will she X with a third kid there?!” posts make me laugh. Somehow she will. And maybe her kid has to watch the charge do gymnastics while he watches a video on the nanny’s phone, but that’s not OP’s problem to police.
