what do you mean lifetime maximum? The ACA got rid of that... but that is irrelevant for fertility drugs as most insurances don't cover IVF anyway

Same here. We called around to various mail order pharmacies. They were great, easy to work with, overnight shipping.

I just asked for the physical prescription (at GW) and said I was going to the pharmacy I wanted to go to. I used ivfmeds.com and had a great experience.

How can you get meds abroad without a prescription? I know SGF won't give you an international Rx for meds.

Does your nurse know you’re paying on your own? Make sure you’re not buying too much at the start. You can reorder as needed and also see if you can buy extra locally as your cycle progresses.
