1. The dad is not having relations with his wife, certainly
not good enough to effect playing time
+1 at most it might give the player an occasional start, not a big deal

Not appropriate when the coach is paid and making placement decisions. If this is rec, agree who cares. Parents date all the time.
This isn’t professional soccer where players earn a salary and workplace discrimination laws would come into play. This is a KIDS soccer team. Chill out. I can only imagine what a parent like you is like for school teachers to deal with.
