A TON of people, including WMATA employees, don't wear masks on the Metro/don't wear them correctly. It's a moot point.

Almost everyone I've seen on Metro is wearing their masks correctly, and everyone I've seen was wearing a mask.

If the top PP refuses to wear one, then the top PP needs to stay off Metro. Their choice.
