If you want your DS or DD seen go to any other club don't give your money to LMVSC. False promises and they push college information on you act like they are going to make things happen. All lies! LC is probably looking for another place to coach too but no one will take him. That speaks volumes.
Agree with the above LB needs to make some changes to save her club it might be the best option to remove LC to have the club survive. He does shady things and probably has deals going with other clubs as a backup.
Why are there no female coaches at this club?

Unsure why his twin brother, Tony, did not return for 2021-2022.

But honestly all of our teams are in the bottom half of a dying league.
Not defending academy but DS's team has improved their play since winter and white team players have moved up to guest play in various games and contributed. From that sense there is that success but not sure if the white team players are pushing the red team players to get better.

It’s unbelievable between LB coaching 3 teams, representing league affiliation they don’t belong and, more alarming, the number of coaching changes. Is it true EE & RL are the most senior coaches at the club (not including LB). Why are so many coaches and players leaving the club?
This. After two years at our club, the only two coaches remain at our club are EE and RL. I'm not sure entirely what is going on, but everybody is definitely leaving. Are we going to continue this 'academy' approach? Does anybody know if we're going to have another townhall?
From what I see majority of last year's coaches are returning with the exception of a few in older age groups which my DC did not interact with.
