Agree with PP. I wouldn't stress about acupuncture of all things, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend getting it for the very first and only time right after transfer. I found it more relaxing with time, took a bit to get used to the little needles.

Fwiw, I did acupuncture with all my cycles. The IUIs failed and the IVFs worked. I never did it right after transfer though, I just went home and lay on the couch and watched TV. Which is relaxing and free

Just focus on doing something relaxing on a regular basis. I don’t think the magic of acupuncture is the treatment itself, but rather that it’s relaxing and meditative. You could do hot baths or whatever you enjoy instead. I got massages. First cycle and first transfer were successful.
