Once you’re 18 it doesn’t matter what the ‘juvenile’ offense laws are.
He shot and killed two people. And he’s 18. Why wouldn’t he changed as an adult? Would you say that if he were black?
Would there be a DCUM thread if he and the victims were black?

If he were in DC he would be released under the Youth Rehabilitation Act all the way up to age 24. So some people in this area are shocked when an 18 year old is charged as an adult.
Just unreal that DC thinks that's ok.

Guns and teens are a bad combination.
So suburban teens thinking they are gangster ended in tragedy. I'm assuming "beef" is being used because two opposing groups had major problems rather than a mere internet "argument" on this dude's Facebook page.
Wow. So he had to know these people had it out for him. He had a gun ready and everything. But I heard 4 went to his house. All from the same high school. Is the school investigating whether there's a shoe 'dealer' connection? That's 5 lives ruined right there.

Absolutely yes, if it were in a white neighborhood. This thread would already be 40 pages.
If it were black or Hispanic kids in a black or Hispanic neighborhood?
