Renovated WW splits have been hitting a million since the fall.

None of the larger cross-gable splits have even been on the market in the last year. We've been looking!

Most of 22307/22308 is a beautiful area and very isolated from Rt 1. Lots of new construction is starting now that the rt 1 revitalization is occurring.

Redneck around Waynewood? LOL, redneck is the last word that would come to mind to describe that neighborhood.

I looked at Waynewood and ended up on Mason Neck on the other side of Belvoir. It's South County pyramid. Not sure what the PP is talking about rednecks.

Hybla valley behind Wayewood is 100% Hispanics and old school rednecks. I mean, people still fly the frigging Confederate Flag around there. Are you trolling or that clueless?

Waynewood is situated between Fort Hunt Rd and the Parkway. It’s pretty well buffered in every direction, and really not at all proximate to areas you might in mind.

Well Hybla Valley is gross. Sorry, I've never spent much time there

Wow. The hate speech here is very disheartening.

I live in this school pyramid and my kids are still years away from that stage but we are frequently listening for feedback about Sandburg and West Potomac because we are nervous about it. Honestly, I’ve heard worse things about the middle school than the high school but somehow the vast majority of families seem to send their kids through fine, albeit with varying experiences of mediocre to good to not OK. We having been looking to move into the Hayfield or Edison pyramids but so far with this market, no luck.

I have basically never heard of a great middle school. Middle school just sucks.
