Jolyn is great for my 5'1" and 75 pound daughter.

My 5’2, 70lb 13 yo is a swimmer and I agree with looking at practice suits (competition suits are way more expensive). Different brands fit slightly differently, but dd wears a 28 in TYR, Speedo and Dolphin. She particularly likes the Dolphin “uglies” Check out www.swimoutlet.com

Some kids are just built this way and they are fine. My son has always been like this. He is super tall and super skinny. He eats and is healthy but just cannot put on weight.
