The only real difference is that I have not gone down the IVF route yet because I do get pregnant quite easily. My RE is kind of out of ideas and I don't really want the immunology rabbit hole. I've told myself that I will go to 7 miscarriages before I look into DE or surrogacy, but it only takes me 1-2 months to get pregnant, so it doesn't take as long. I'm 35 now, I've been trying for 2.5 years, and I'm thinking I will try for another 9 months to another year. If it took me 9-15 months between pregnancies, I think I would make that shift a lot sooner. I feel for you so much. It sucks so much, and it feels impossible to know if anything will ultimately be successful. Wishing you the best of luck and keep us posted.

Thyroid was good, not just normal, and no symptoms of thyroid issues. I appreciate the suggestions, all, good to think everything through to make sure we haven’t missed anything.
Just to confirm— you repeated the biopsy for endometritis to confirm it was cleared? Antibiotics aren’t 100% for curing it (60-80% cure rate depending on antibiotic used). Have you had a diagnostic hysteroscopy? Dr. McQueen (RPL specialist from UNiversity of Chicago) just did an Instagram live with the egg whisper last night. Check it out. She has done a lot of interesting research on RPL and endometritis and suggests a hysteroscopy to look for the cause of it.
