That's a lot of foxes, OP!
We have a suspected den under our porch but I have only seen a fox in our yard twice in 2 years, and never babies. There are signs of them coming and going sometimes: paw prints, or the hole is disturbed. I think maybe ours is a transitory stop and not a den for cubs.
For me, as they aren't bothering dogs or kids (again, we barely see them) I have no plans to do anything.

We have a fox den in the adjacent yard that leads to the woods. We enjoy watching Mama fox bring food to the babies constantly. I am also happy they are not in my yard.

Holy moly! I'd love to have one patrol my backyard to keep down the squirrels and rabbits, but that is a lot of foxes!

OP back. As the babies become older, there are even more foxes than we thought - I have seen eight babies and three adults together at any one time. I think it's a "pooled litter" where two mamas raise their babies together (or the other adult is a female that helps the breeding female raise her kits... fascinating). This happened to us last April. We stayed out of the backyard so we never got close to them. They left after about a month. Our backyard looks out onto a forest so it was easy for them to leave. As soon as they were gone we filled the hole they dug under the porch. They did not return to house this April but we can hear foxes screaming in the early morning and see the holes they have dug to sleep in in the forest.
