Every day you scroll through some slides, some about motivation, nutrition, psychology, etc and there are little quizzes to check how much you remember. There is also a coach who asks you about your goals and how your week or day went. You get reminders to log your food if you forget. I disagree that it isn't a diet. It gives to a calorie limited and puts food into categories. I didn't find the "psychology" portion of it transformative and I found the coach more annoying than helpful or authentic. Glad it works for some people though.
This reminds me of a program through my health insurance 10 years ago. I really got into it and enjoyed the articles. The coach wasn't very helpful, and I never logged calories. I did lose weight. For me, it was interesting to read about healthy eating and how certain foods affect your body, etc.
You have to do a low calorie diet on noom right?
