56 and I would say 80-90%. I have been coloring it for about 20 years. During the pandemic I have been doing the roots myself about every 3-4 weeks. I have had a couple of haircuts but wasn’t willing to sit in the salon to get it colored. I will be fully vaccinated in a week and am looking forward to making an appt for a cut and color. On the plus side, I have save a lot of money and the greys aren’t as noticeable on Zoom (or so I tell myself).

Maybe it’s easier to go gray when there’s more of it. Because it’s harder to keep up with coloring it and solid gray can be a “look.”

I'm 60 and I would guess I have about 20% gray that can be seen. My hair is blonde/light brown so it's not very noticeable. Underneath, my hair is about 40% gray. If I pull it back into a high ponytail, there is more gray that is noticeable than when I wear it down.

I have never colored my hair, no highlights or anything else. Too much of a bother and I like my natural hair color, even with the gray sparkles.

I'm 56 and have had about 4 gray hairs which I pulled. That said, I do have a receding hair line and a bald spot, so different age related hair problems instead.

My mother is 88 and if she stoppd dying her hair, she would have about 30% gray hair (very noticeable as we are Chinese, so black hair). She does dye her hair an even black.
My father passed at 93 and before he passed he was about 60% gray with the same receding hair line and bald spot (my hair recession is a lot like his was at my age).

Both of my parents did not show a significant amount of gray (more than one or two here or there) until their 70's. Good genes.

Maybe 25%? Not much overall. I do have more gray at my temples.

50 @ 75% I am guessing. Been going on for awhile (30 yrs).

Only 47 but I'd say I'm at 25%. All on the top layer, weirdly!

A bunch especially in the front and growing out from my part. Don't know the percentage but I color when it gets annoying. It's not solid but interspersed with my brown hair. I'm 54 and I'll say 30%.

Im 55 and overall, I'd say 50% gray. But very unevenly distributed. I don't have as much on the back of my head, but have more in front, especially on one side. I've been using a demipermanent color for about 10 years, but not religiously; I went about 5 months without coloring at the start of the pandemic and then started doing it myself every 3 months or so.

Not 55 yet, only 51, but I'm about 20% gray around the temples and very little elsewhere.
but on the point of genetics--my mom had 4 sisters. Two were gray by the time they were 30, and one, at 70, had less gray hair than I do now. so it's hard to know...

64,very little gray hair. I highlight because my blonde is duller than it could be. I do very little to it...a couple of swipes at the top, every 6 to 8 weeks..that's it.

54 and about 75 percent gray. (I've been coloring it since I was 30.).

Only about three hairs. Once they appeared about four years ago, I thought my head would snowball quickly, but I seem to be in stasis. Both my parents also went gray very late. My younger sister is a lot grayer than I am, but she teaches middle school...
