This morning I am outside multi-tasking: trying to set up the deck outside while making phone calls. I have my headphones in to do this. She cones out to start telling me how to do things - which is another pet peeve I have. Now she is pouting about how I disrespected her and she wants an apology rather than acknowledging she was wrong for interrupting and saying “I’m sorry I don’t know you were on a call.
Carve out some food times during the day to communicate w each other and get in the same page - about the deck, kids, trips, schedule, etc.
That way less interrupting or if there is “interrupting” to tell you something that needs to be addressed you’re not a jerk.
