You guys, it is a NETFLIX Bond show -- not THE JAMES BOND character.

You don't even hear the racism when you speak, do you?

Not racist.

I think these actors are more masculine/more attractive because of their facial features:

Idris
Denzel
Shemar
Chadwick (RIP)
Heck, even Marlon Wayans.

Lenny Kravitz is hot, too. Even though he’s not as classically masculine as the others, I never questioned his sexuality.

Pretty much all of those men have wideset noses, just like Rege. They also don't have pencil thin lips. Saying that James Bond needs to have an "angular" ie. White nose, and that the thicker lips of a black man is "feminine" is racist, whether you realize it or not. You have a eurocentric definition of masculine attractiveness, and now you're reaching to find Black men that fit it because you were called out.

I’m not a Bond poster. I’ve never watched a Bond movie.

I think he looks gay. I don’t think he looks masculine. It has nothing to do with a wide set nose; his nose is very bulbous like Squidward. His face overall is pretty. His lips are feminine looking. You know who else has feminine lips? That white actor on Scrubs (big hawk nose and lady lips).

The other black actors I listed don’t look feminine at all.

Thinking that Rege-Jean looks feminine is not racist...especially when I’ve listed multiple black actors who I think are hot.

He doesn’t smolder know screen the way RJP does and that’s really all that’s needed for a suitable bond. Bond is always dashing and RJP embodies dashing.

Yea..it’s a bash thread. Why though, because he not going to be season 2?

OP here. I actually like Rege and am delighted he (might be) Bond. IDK what everyone's problem is since the Bridgerton thread loves him.

I read he took the part because he knew it was only one season. He wanted to be able to be free to do other things. I wish he was staying though.

The actor who plays Anthony Bridgerton in real life is gay and he’s very sexual with the opera singer on the show.

He lives with his girlfriend, who is quite unattractive. JMO
