At this point, it's fair to say that the Arlington and Mclean 2011 girls are head and shoulders above the rest of the area. There are talented players on other teams, but the other teams don't go as deep as those two and the talent seems to be spread out a bit more - numbers wise WAY more girls at both Mclean & Arlington than many of the surrounding area teams. Doesn't mean things will stay that way, they're all incredibly young and will develop, but those teams are significantly stronger at this moment.
Good luck finding the right place for your daughter, as prior respondent says, there are many options in the area depending on where you end up, and a number of very good coaches across the board at younger age girls.
