CTO of a small company. Have 3 degrees (Bachelors, Associates from a language school when I was in the military), Masters of business (which I got with my GI bill but didn't really need.) Pretty much just hard work and hustling. I have taught myself a lot of the skills I used to get to this point (coding, etc.) I'm 38, but have been making over 100K since I was 28.

administrative things- book keeping, budget management, expense reconciliation and strategic scheduling

38 year old, undergrad and MBA. $140-180k depending on my contracts.

it was when i really focused on my "niche" that the money followed. i know it counter intuitive that an admin can make this much. i just work very hard, take pride in my work, and work for a high level organization

36, $135k, MSW and BS. Felt out what I was best at with the support of bosses and mentors in my office. Worked hard at whatever I was asked to do, kept a good attitude, used constructive feedback, and made it known when I wanted to be considered for new projects and more responsibility.

34, finance, $250k/yr plus up to double that in stocks and incentives, dumb luck and privilege mostly but a bunch of hard work thrown on top (plus a mom who helped me not lose career when I had a kid), MBA plus second masters
