And build another elementary school, since Lafayette is bursting at the seams.
But since it's not government owned property, they would have to use eminent domain for either subsidized housing or a school, so neither will happen.

Ha- I just had a major flashback as that was the site of my first fender bender as well (well, if "hitting a pole" can be called a fender-bender) over 20 years ago
