Mat Pilates can provide a great workout and all you need is a mat at home.
There are lots of free workouts and exercises on YouTube and Instagram.

Reformer Pilates will work entire core to support lower back and side lying is the best ever for glutes, you can also stretch really well on the reformer to keep glutes loose.
