Minthink it’s relevant. We are virtual, but my kid’s still play with neighborhood friends who are in school and are on teams with them.

I would say our neighborhood also threw in the towel a few months ago. At least that is when all the birthday parties and invites started up. They are small parties but they aren't bubbles anymore. It is obvious as parents are getting vaccinated that they don't care anymore if their kids get it or not.

Keep in mind with schools too, quarantining a number of individuals due to close contact with a Covid+ person isn't an outbreak, it's what you're supposed to do in order to avoid an outbreak. It becomes an outbreak if that Covid+ person ends up infecting multiple others. That's what will make this report insightful, whether any of those close contacts start to report as positive instead. Ideally if they are masked, distanced and hopefully in a situation with good air flow they will avoid contracting Covid from their classmate or teacher.
Also, they define an outbreak as more than two people from the same source. Just 2.
