Motorcade envy. I once saw a dude who I couldn't recognize at all with a huge security detail in DC. I'm pretty politically aware and savvy and just could not for the life of me place the guy. I finally asked one of the detail. Turns out the dude was the commissioner of the IRS, lol. He would have been more "protected" had he gone around alone than drawing such attention.
