Can someone explain why Consumer Reports rates the Model Y as have a 1/5 reliability rating?

My spouse has an S - self parking *is* really cool - & we definitely love the safety features. Considering an X vs a Y myself but I am not sure which I want. I like the feel of the S for sure - it is a gorgeous car - but I am not sure at all about the gull wing doors. I'm sure you know this, but X has the same chassis as the S and the Y has the same chassis as the 3.

OP here, I'm the skeptical wife and fully aware of the limits of the self-driving feature. I'm more excited about parking-related capabilities and the anti-collision features than getting to read a newspaper instead of having to drive. I won't lie, the day that update for a fully-automated driving experience actually comes along I'll beyond excited!
