In Arlington unless the wind chill is below 32 lunch + recess (65 mins for elementary) will be outside and we also got a direct message that windows will be open as often as possible.
We got that message too but I know for a fact kids have not gone out all three days. Many teachers posting to their social about kids not being adequately dressed for the cold/wind.

That's a poor decision on the teacher's part. Send them all out. If they're cold they will learn to wear more the next day.
