You need to eat fewer calories than you expend. Track your calories and do fun exercise regularly.
Yes, people understand this is the way to lose weight. They just don’t like being constantly hungry living in a calorie deprivation. Ever heard the term hangry? It’s very hard to eat less than your body is used to eating. [b]For most people, too difficult to maintain over time.
Do you want to be “most people”? I am thin but exercise a lot and eat whatever I want and don’t get hangry. In fact, exercise and good health make me feel happy.
Good for you. This obviously isn’t the case for the majority of Americans.

+1 Or is the same OP that was left for a "big woman" and she cannot get over it.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I agree this is probably a troll post but I'll bite. I think most of the white men on these apps who swipe right with fat women are just looking to get laid. However there are plenty of white men that do date/ marry fat women. In fact you'd be surprised how many of them are fitness trainers. I have two pretty good friends (300+lbs) who married former ( white) models. I am massive and my current FWB pursued me. We are nothing more because I don't want to marry into a family like his.
