It wasn’t a one night stand. She slept with him a couple of times.

Look, you separated for a reason. The relationship was already having problems.

You tried getting back together, but you weren't enthusiastic about it. You needed time to make the call. She didn't, in the context of an already problematic relationship and this newfound lukewarm nature of your reaction.
