Younger kids? Highly doubt it. I see it more likely at the high school level where fewer students overall are returning and they really can just continue to do the class from home. They also have many more opportunities to socialize and see friends. Younger kids who picked hybrid are most likely going to stick with it, if not at least in part because their working parents might need them there and won’t switch them just because they don’t love it. But most who go will be completely fine with it. My kids started hybrid 2 weeks ago and they don’t like the desk shields but every other part of being back is great for them.
