I wonder what it would be like with Bulgarian feta instead of Greek feta. I usually find Greek feta so salty I have a hard time with it in anything beyond small crumbles.

It was good, but I thought it was overly rich. I mixed in a lot of sauteed spinach, and that cut the richness somewhat.
