We had a meal kit success that we moved into regular rotation. Originally I thought ground beef was odd (like stir-fry would have been better), but the kids like it. The original might have been hello fresh and this is now a loose interpretation.
Strip fry 1 red pepper, one box mushrooms, bok choy, and 5 stems of kale
Cook ground beef w garlic and ginger. Stir in 1/4c teriyaki sauce, 1tbs soy, a drizzle of sesame oil and however much rooster you like. Mix w veggies.
Serve w lo main or long-life noodles
Garnish w cilantro and green onion

Happy to have ideas for dinners, breakfasts, soups, stews, insta-pot, slow cooker, casseroles, skillet, and any cuisine. Only caveat-- no nuts. Bonus for meals that can be made from a well-stocked pantry. Thanks!

Dumplings! I like beef and cabbage or beef and chives.

Someone already suggested stuffed cabbage, but if you're lazy like me you can do a cabbage and beef casserole instead which tastes similar and is less work.

For the beef recipe, search "cottage pie" (shepherd's pie is made with lamb).

If you google “shepherd’s pie” you will find that many or most recipes from US sites use ground beef.

Rachel Ray's old meatloaf muffins recipe is surprisingly good. You can also make it as a regular loaf instead of in muffin tins.
