Np. When I lived out there the Sunset and Richmond were full of families and pretty boring. Noe Valley was cheap and the Mission was scary. Clearly that was many years ago!

I moved to Logan Circle 12 years ago. Trust me, it’s far better now than it was ten years ago. If it’s “peaked” already, it wasn’t that far back. I can’t think of another neighborhood in the city where I’d rather live.
