That’s a fantastic recipe, so I don’t think that’s being snobby at all. I’ve tried making it before and it is delicious and easy. What’s amusing to me is that when DH is cramming on a project at work he craves box mac & cheese, aka the latchkey kid special. “Fancy” mac & cheese just won’t scratch that itch.![]()
