I mean ultimately, you could do any of the exercises you have resistance for with your body weight, or stuff around your house,m so isn’t having resistance equipment bizarre?
I love where it gets to -30C in the winter quite regularly. Spring and fall regularly have days with 50km/h winds. Aside from that, I work out at 430 in the morning, when being out alone as a small woman may not always be the safest option. While I do run / walk / bike outside, it’s nice to have the option for both convenience and safety.
