Yes, including daycare workers/daycare "teachers". My child's preschool teachers have actually been teaching/working for more than 7 months now. They are with 20+ little kids all day, they eat lunch and two snacks together in the same classroom. There would have been an uproar if in person teachers hadn't been vaccinated when public school teachers were taken to the front of the line, though every public school system in the DMV area has been distance learning.
