8. 25 minutes of heart pounding exercise daily
9. Intermittent fast until 3pm
10. Probiotic and chelated magnesium plus other vitamins
11. 12 minutes deep meditation
12. Organize one thing daily
All together it sounds like a lot but really it's just a little over 90 minutes spread throughout the day. My life has changed dramatically. And I say this as I was in a very dark place just a few months ago. FWIW, married, working, two kids, late thirties
