That's a good question.

My missed miscarriage happened at the 12 week ultrasound, and the baby's heart stopped at 9.5 weeks. I'd say yes and no. I still had a small belly (#2 so I was bloated), and huge boobs, but my fatigue which was very bad ended at around week 10 and i didn't have much nausea (Compared to baby #1).

To answer your question, It's a hit and miss, and I will never know if my fatigue and nausea stopped because the baby stopped development or because it was closer to the 12 weeks. There was no way to know. As for being bloated, it was pregnancy hormones so those never stopped.

This isn’t a missed miscarriage.

We saw a heartbeat, I think twice, between 6 and 8 weeks. Baby stopped growing around 9 weeks. The fatigue started to lift around 12 weeks. Missed miscarriage discovered at 13 weeks.

I went on to have 2 wonderful children. I'm so sorry to anyone who is going through this <3 <3 <3
