They always tell the husband. Never met one who didn't fess up.
+1. I grew up in an area where it was a right of passage at 16. They tell the husbands and just assume their daughters-potentially sons- will have the same work done as teens.
Exactly. I mean most women aren't going to hide it. What a strange thing to assume. Just like we admit when we color our hair. If you cant be honest with your spouse...

Yes, women who get implants after a mastectomy are total weirdos. I'm glad you're brave enough to call them out, you sound like a prize so they're really missing out on a prince like you.

Add in nose jobs and other surgery, i would estimate 20% of women had some surgery
Perhaps this is for certain zip codes, but not nation wide. Not believing it

Except maybe Kylie.
(Sorry, just my opinion.) 🙅🏻♀️
Now Kim + Khloé have the exact same faces of Kylie.
Obviously same doctor.
It’s so weird seeing them showcasing themselves w/selfies all over the Internet when it all is fake beauty.
If they were natural it would look better, like they are proud of what God gave them >>> the true birthright of amazing beauty.
Instead they are online flaunting the results of a good cosmetic surgeon.
This just screams insecurity to me.
And I would not want someone who is so fundamentally insecure at the core.

No it is very much true, I know a doc from a big city who is killing it with a practice in flyover country. Less competition, lower expectations, more productive revenue base because of less cancellations/drama, lower overhead, and endless supply of willing clients.
Also I have a friend got assigned to 1 year consulting gig in KY she said 80% or the woman in her large neighborhood had implants. Neighbor told her once one woman got them within 3 years everyone else had them.
