Reminder - DCPS in their infinite wisdom removed the Principal earlier this year. They have an acting Principal who is dealing with this + opening the school back up + DCPS just launched a search for the new principal. Lots of stuff happening - if you want the school to "get it together" maybe another school would be a better fit for your family.

How do they integrate in home schooled kids in to the count? Private school? Charters? Do you weigh advanced classes (BASIS students?) It is more than just doing a filter on DCPS data as they need to make sure they are being equitable. Lot's of questions they need to work through.
They answered all these questions back in December. An A is an A. Unless there is some different grading scale an A in gym counts the same as an A in Geometry or Algebra II or Math 8. No course (regardless of school) is weighted. If you don't know these answers...you haven't done your homework.
