I assume he ran his bike into the person taking the video and knocked that person over? Presumably that’s assault as well. This angry nutter should feel thankful to be on probation.

This is pretty much par for the course for a white male who can afford a lawyer.

Not true. Most black people with similar first offenses don't get jail time in Montgomery County. That doesn't mean the sentencing is proportionate. But people seem to assume that racial disproportionality means all black people go to jail all the time. And that's simply not true.
So it's ok for Black people to get harsher sentences on average so long as not every single Black person gets a harsher sentence?
I mean, OJ got off for murder so I guess go to town on the rest?
Never said that. Reread.

Did the Assault happen off camera?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Was there more to the assault than that? Is that what you want this guy jailed for. I am not sure that anybody on this forum who wants him locked up knows how the law works. That wouldn't get anybody locked up. In fact it was probably only able to be prosecuted because of the notoriety.
Exactly, but of course that won’t stop the idiots with no idea of actual sentencing practices from spouting their usual nonsense.
